The Fitness Challenge is a (Learn To Live) Program of the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. It is designed to encourage everyone to get moving and eat more fruits and vegetables. The program is 6 weeks long. You can log in and start at any time. You track physical activity and the amount of fruit and vegetables you eat each day on a log sheet. You can register online and record your progress online or you can download and print a complete Fitness packet.
